Can I use these Ice packs on any area of the body?
Yes! The Multi-Purpose Ice Pack was designed to fit in most areas around the body such as the hamstring, calf/lower leg. For areas such as shoulder and back, these will require a specific design which are coming soon. Let us know if you are interested in these other designs.
How do I use the IceRight Multi-Purpose Ice Pack?
Each Multi-Purpose Ice Pack delivery will include an Instructions For Use (IFU). This has detailed instructions on how to use the Ice Packs. If you have misplaced this, you can also find it here.
How long will it take my IceRight to arrive?
If you choose express shipping you should receive your package within 2 business days of dispatch. If you choose standard delivery, you should receive your package within 7 business days of dispatch. If you qualify for free shipping this will always be express!
Can I use IceRight for heat therapy?
es, you can! Please refer to the IFU in your package to find instructions for using our Multi-Purpose packs for heat therapy.
Do you have any other sizes of Ice Right Multi-Purpose Ice Packs?
Currently there is a one size fits most brace size, however we offer two sizes of ice/heat pack, the 9-Inch or 11-Inch, depending on the size of your anatomy. If this size doesn’t suit you, please let us know.
How long does the IceRight Multi-Purpose Ice Pack stay cold?
Our Multi-Purpose Ice Pack will stay cold for approximately 2-4 hours, however this can vary depending on ambient temperature and other natural conditions. You can read the IFU for more information regarding this.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping costs $10 and Express Shipping costs $15. Please note, if you qualify for free shipping, this will ALWAYS be express.
